Artist & Partner Manager Cosmetics (m/f/d) (Permanent Contract or Freelance Basis)

We are growing and expanding our International Marketing & Artist Sales Management team in the Business Unit “Cosmetics”. We are looking for an International Artist & Partner Manager (m/f/d) for our Permanent Make-Up brand artyst™ by CHEYENNE.

YOUR TASKS
  • Acquisition of partners and influencers in core markets (EU/North America) that are on-brand and will help achieve sales and content goals
  • Relationship management with existing brand ambassadors and partners, building on success of previous partnerships
  • (Lead-) Reporting
  • Influencer campaign ideation – coming up with new & innovative ideas for working with new and existing influencers and partners in our network
  • Managing end-to-end influencer partnerships, including:
  • Outreach – building relationships from scratch
  • Monitoring deliverables – ensuring agreed content has been published, doing quality control
  • Content gathering & delivering to in-house creative
  • Worldwide organization of and participation in Permanent Make-Up trade show events and sponsoring congresses
  • Active cooperation with product management and sales

YOUR PROFIL
  • 2-3 years social media marketing or sales experience in the cosmetics sector
  • Experience in establishing and managing influencer partnerships (B2B or B2C) is beneficial
  • Understanding of both influencer marketing and social media, with a special focus on Instagram (knowledge of TikTok & YouTube is a plus)
  • High Affinity for the Cosmetics industry (ideally Permanent Make-Up)
  • Full working proficiency in English essential, other languages are a plus
  • Team player with strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
